Job description
The minimum qualification for this role is BE Mech or DME.
The Total experience required is more than 5 years.
Knowledge in fasteners/Project Industry for oil and gas segment is desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for fasteners required in oil and gas segments.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market intelligence and market study.
3. Set up meetings with potential clients to understand the requirements.
4. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education while interacting with other members of the Sales & Technical Team.
5. Prepare and deliver the appropriate details of our capability to customers.
6. Proficient in preparing detailed proposals/quotes as per customer requirements and adhering to the standards set for preparing such documents
7. Daily Reporting & Monthly Reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
8. Communication with customers with coordination to internal team.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
11. Customer handling for Domestic Market.
12. Will include PAN India Travel.
13. Awareness of the Processes involved in Fastener Manufacturing.
14. Experience in Managing OEM clients
Mandatory skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer/Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel & email communication.
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
