Roles and Responsibilities:
· State sales representatives must be able to effectively manage the sales and operational budgets of their assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
· Develop and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory management, and product line demand issues, set the business direction, and coordinate follow-ups with dealers
· Coordinate market development/fact plots and farm demonstrations with the assistance of large growers
· Train the dealer sales force to sell value, deliver our brand experience and manage objections, mostly through ride-along and joint farmer calls
· Responsible for supporting all area managers with information about the Company’s product line, as well as supporting area managers with information about any new developments involving the Company.
· Possess a dedication to quality customer service by creating a positive image of the product or service in question.
· Responsibility to ensure that all new sales initiatives are conducted in an ethical, fair, and considerate manner.
Education : Agri Graduate & MBA in Marketing/Agriculture
Experience : 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy
Pay: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
