Expected Job responsibilities –
- Sales strategy: Developing and implementing Channel sales strategies to increase revenue
- Sales team management: Recruiting, training, and motivating sales representatives
- Customer relationships: Building and maintaining customer relationships, and resolving customer issues
- Market analysis: Visit customers and analyzing market trends and competition, and identifying new market opportunities
- Sales budgets: Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts
- Sales performance: Monitoring sales performance and conducting regular sales reviews
- Sales targets: Setting sales targets and monitoring individual and team performance
Job Brief: We are looking for an adept and competent Sales person to help us build our business activities. He shall be responsible for pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Experience : Must have 10-12 yrs of experience of channel Sales in the building materials Industry or Adhesive (East Region) or FMCG.
Must have their own vehicle.
Qualification : Any graduate
