Role & responsibilities

  • Visibility and Integration: Create visibility and ensure strong HR outreach and integration across the Corporate Office, Manufacturing Unit, and Regional Marketing Offices.
  • HR Capabilities and Talent Management: Develop HR capabilities across the organization and review, identify, and structure Talent Management interventions to ensure growth with strong ROI metrics. Create career paths for high-potential individuals, facilitating their growth into leadership roles, and establishing a succession pipeline for all critical roles.
  • HR Systems and Best Practices: Drive innovation in HR systems. Implement best practice HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure consistent and fair employee management, maximizing individual contributions to business goals.
  • Change Management and Benchmarking: Manage the process of change management as needed and conduct HR benchmark surveys to improve organizational HR practices.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: As a business partner, drive various employee engagement and retention methods based on organizational diagnosis.
  • Leadership of HR Initiatives: Lead other HR initiatives from conceptualization to execution, assessing their contribution to organizational efficiency.
  • Organizational Design Expertise: Review the organization structure of all divisions, providing expertise in organizational design.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure excellent employee relations through appropriate communication, consultation, and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • HR Data Integrity and Administrative Processes: Ensure HR data integrity and drive continuous improvement in HR administrative processes, analysis, and reporting.
  • Routine HR Activities: Oversee routine HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and compliance at all levels, suggesting improvements for the HR lifecycle activities.

Key Competencies and Expertise:

  • HR Systems and Processes: In-depth knowledge of HR systems and processes within both manufacturing and corporate environments.
  • Organizational Development: Hands-on experience and strong understanding of organizational development.
  • Compliance Management: Proficient in labor laws, payroll processing, HR audits, and reporting.
  • HR Best Practices: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest HR best practices.
  • Change Management: Expertise in leading and managing change initiatives effectively.

Salary : ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
