Qualifications: Minimum B.sc (Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Testing: Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental tests (e.g., titrations, chromatography, spectroscopy) on raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Microbiological Analysis: Conduct microbial testing, culture maintenance, and handle aseptic techniques for water and product samples.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, food safety regulations (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP), and internal SOPs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate lab notebooks, test records, and technical reports; analyze data for trends and deviations.
- Product Development Support: Assist R&D by testing new formulations, developing testing methods, and providing chemical analysis for innovation.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and support production in resolving process variations.
