We are looking for Female Executive Assistant for a Leather products manufacturing company
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
Facilitating senior authority on business correspondences
Acting as an interface between MD with the other departments and other organizations.
Coordinating all his works in his presence and absence as well. Coordinating and executing his appointments and meetings.
Arranging his travel expenses sheet, forex and other necessities while on tour.
Collating and analyzing reports from various departments
Analytical snapshots of various important reports to prioritize.
Preparing of all type of Power Point Presentations before his business meeting with different teams.
Coordinates schedules taking priorities into account, monitors changes, and communicates the information to appropriate staff, inside and outside the immediate work unit, including officials outside the Bank Group.
