Candidates must be from Hospitality Industry ( Hotel, Restaurant)
Location: Topsia, Kolkata
Experience: Candidates must have 2 years of experience in Guest relation or Office Coordination from Hospitality Industry
Facilitating senior authority on business correspondences
Acting as an interface between MD with the other departments and other organizations.
Coordinating all his works in his presence and absence as well. Coordinating and executing his appointments and meetings.
Arranging his travel expenses sheet, forex and other necessities while on tour.
Collating and analyzing reports from various departments
Analytical snapshots of various important reports to prioritize.
