About the Company: Leading retail and online Pharmacy.
Exp: Minimum 7 years in HR. Having strong exposure in Employee Welfare & Grievance handling. Candidates must be from Retail / Health care / Pharma Industry.
CTC: 8 Lakhs.
Supervising and managing the team of HRBPs at Regional level to deliver the best employee experience.
• Responsible for business partnering from the bottom line as well as top-line employees and ensuring its profit center’s operate smoothly.
• Maintaining various HR dashboards and reports on people and process analytics to help apprise systems and processes
• Managing HR operational activity from recruit-to-retire.
• Driving employee engagement in the company including employee satisfaction surveys, employee communication strategy.
• Administering the performance appraisals and ensuring to the adherence to performance management process.
• Works closely with multiple operational stakeholders to formulate the HR strategy for their respected business requirement.
• Ensure timely action in regard to recognition and disciplinary processes to align the workforce and ensure clear standards of behaviour and performance
• Explore the industry trends on new Initiatives and best practices
