Location: Sector 63, Noida.
Requirement: female (should be married) candidate with excellent working knowledge in Advance excel, google drive, google sheet, Delegation Worksheet ETC.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 3 - 6 yrs Desired Profile EA to MD /Director.
Daily operational activities and assisting MD in his daily works like Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Daily MIS reporting.
Coordinating with the internal departments and 20 + branches located in different parts of India.
Other admin and operation related works assigned by the MD.
